Klein Bikes Chronology

This page contains the two tables of MTB & Hybrid lines and Road & Touring lines.

We can see that number of model lines decreased significantly after the merge with TREK (Waterloo), 1996.

Waterloo let Klein simplify the model lines because Waterloo thinks Klein should be a good servant for TREK group.

After the merge, Klein has been playing the role as a bike maker that provides "normal" bikes with standard parts acceptance. Klein is making good cosmetic bikes for TREK group at affordable prices instead of providing innovative products such as pre-TREK Adroit.
